In a beautiful setting, just 30 minutes outside of Florence is Villa Poggio de Gaville. A jewel of a villa from the 18th century that has been completely restored and today appears as a painting. Despite the great regional differences, it is the genuine interest in food that binds all Italians together. Because here it's all about food. It's the most important thing in life, it's all about. People talk about, discuss and live for food. The food is the soul of Italy itself.
Here we will enjoy some delicious days with food and wine in focus. A "hands-on" food course where we will make delicious Italian dishes, from the best ingredients, and with wine from the local vineyards.
Mariangela will sprinkle with her knowledge and will take you on a culinary journey around the kitchen counter. A course for those who love Italy and Italian food. A course for unity, coziness and a bit of the good life, in the very heart of Italy.
